HIGH SCHOOL BUSINESS CASE 2024
After the resounding success of Khoi Nguyen and realizing my capabilities through various art projects, entrepreneurial ventures, and social initiatives, I was invited by the leadership at Hanoi Academy, a prominent international school in Hanoi, to organize a Business Case program to boost the school’s reputation. Recognizing the lack of business competitions for high school students across the country, I saw this as a unique opportunity to leverage my skills and create a meaningful impact. I decided to lead the way, becoming the first high school student to establish a national Business Case competition, connecting high school communities across Vietnam. I took on the challenge of organizing this competition and used my strengths in management and branding to lead the project, while relying on two skilled vice-head organizers to handle specific areas like sponsor calling, examination setting & communication

The event, held at Hanoi Academy Bilingual School, attracted 450 participants. To make the event visually captivating, I researched design trends and developed a comprehensive visual identity and brand guidelines. I recruited a team of nine designers, appointing two young designers to manage different areas: one for online elements, including Facebook posts, contest entry visuals, the landing page, and bootcamp backgrounds, and the other for offline materials like banners, stage backdrops, debate podiums, and sashes.
To add to the event’s engagement, I designed an interactive display area featuring booths from 10 sponsors and 10 youth-led startups. This space allowed the 50 final contestants and 120 audience members to experience a dynamic showcase environment. Throughout the process, I solved challenges to keep the design work on track, coordinating with the Board of Directors to meet deadlines and KPIs—all within a 200 million VND budget.
The competition not only allowed me to sharpen my leadership skills but also established a platform for high school students nationwide to showcase their business talents and innovative ideas, creating a lasting impact on Vietnam’s student community.
